We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not happy with your purchase, our 7-day return policy has you covered.

1. Return window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
3. How to request: Email us at support@rajputshayari.com or call +91 76798 98240 (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST) within 7 days of delivery with your order details. We will arrange a pickup where available.
4. Refunds: Since we operate on Cash on Delivery and collect no online payment, approved refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Non-returnable: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be returnable unless damaged or defective — we will confirm this at the time of your request.
6. Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
